Job Description
- Develop strong visual concepts by translating client briefs, business goals, and insights into creative campaign ideas that are both strategic and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure all campaign elements (visual and copy) are integrated and aligned.
- Create supporting materials such as moodboards, styleframes, and initial design concepts to clearly communicate ideas for internal review and client presentations.
- Define the overall visual direction, including tone, color palette, typography, imagery, and motion style, to establish a cohesive creative vision.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively support campaign objectives across all platforms.
- Review and approve design work from team members, providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Lead and manage the design team within projects by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Mentor and support junior designers in developing their technical skills, creative thinking, and professional portfolio.
- Present visual concepts to clients or internal stakeholders, manage feedback and revisions, and maintain creative quality throughout the process.
- Plan and oversee project timelines and resources, ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and continuously bring innovative ideas by staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or broadcasting media environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful branding and graphic design projects
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar software
- Hand drawing skills are a plus
- Strong aesthetic sense with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
